Edmonton Newborn Photographer. Sweet little Baby A came to visit us in the studio two weeks ago. I couldn’t wait to photograph this little darling with her full head of hair! We got both sleeping and awake sets, which when babe’s can open their eyes so well, like she could, is the ideal. She let us do many set-ups, and although the session was ran a little long, it was worth it! Congratulations to this family of three.

YEG Baby Photography

When newborn babies are wide awake during their photography session, prop sets are the best option. Using wraps assists photographers to gently contain their limbs, keeping them calm during awake periods. In the first image below, baby is photographed in a rustic bowl, filled with purple fluff and a wrap to coordinate. Following is a wooden crate, lined with a pink flokati rug for texture and softness and a cream wrap for accent.
