Edmonton Family Photographers

We love being Family Photographers in Edmonton!  In the fall months (August-October) we stay super busy photographing families.  Old clients and new, it is our favourite time to capture stunning outdoor photos of families in and around Edmonton. Family Photography can be tricky as we like to photograph near golden hour; this optimizes available light.  Golden hour stretches between 5pm and 8pm in the evening depending on the month and more specifically, the sunset time. Golden hour is more tricky in spring and summer as it can creep into bedtime for little ones. Winter months can also be quite difficult to do family photographs outdoors here in Edmonton.  Our weather does not always cooperate and wardrobe planning in the colder months can be more difficult. During winter, we are certainly happy to have a light and airy Edmonton studio to shoot in.
