I had to take a moment this morning to send you guys an e-mail. We’ve had maternity photo’s through you and most recently newborn photos done. First of all, I love these photos. We all look great and the moment we receive them I can’t wait to print them and share them with my friends and family. We’ll be admiring them for years and years. I think a big part of it is that the poses you use seem to be tried and tested. You know what works and what looks good and so the sessions aren’t full of trying to find the right feel. It makes for some stunning photos and a comfortable session which is my next point. We love working with Maxine, she is kind and professional and a wonderful host. I remember the photoshoot days fondly. No one feels self-conscious during picture taking, conversation comes easily and it is a lot of fun. I want to commend you also on your customer service on an administrative level. In both cases that we’ve dealt with you when we chose our “favourite” photos we’d received them almost immediately. It’s so nice to get such quick service especially when we’d been waiting for the photos with such anticipation. Most recently, we were having trouble opening the pictures as their file size was best suited for printing. I suggested to Sheena that she get in touch with Maxine for a solution and within a day we had the link for the “web friendly” photos. That would be my last point. My fiancée Sheena is very happy with all that you’ve done for us and that to me is priceless.

There is a pretty competitive market for photographers, it seems that everyone and their cat has a camera and the appeal of getting pictures taken at a discount by a friend is always there. This however is not comparable at all to what you folks offer. I don’t mind the cost of the photos because I really see the value in dealing with you. I have become an ambassador for you and never forget to mention who took our photos. I know if I referred someone to your team for a shoot they would be really well taken care of.
