Studio Lighting

Maxine and Shellaine love being Edmonton Baby Photographers! Snuggling these sweet little ones at our 124st Edmonton studio is the best job ever! We love creating and curating sets for our families, based on their colour preferences, and then of course focusing on the family connection in our light and airy natural light area of the studio. Creating both shadowy, dramatic images, and/or light and airy portraits for our clients. We send our clients a questionnaire, prior to the session. On this questionnaire parents let us know the colours and textures they would prefer. It also includes a section for parents to let us know if they are bringing any props to the session. Or of they have any special editing or other requests.

It was great having this family again in studio. We shot big sisters photos, and maternity photos for her parents in 2017. You can see their last two sessions Here. Big sister was quite intrigued by baby, and you could see the love, even though she was still so young! Baby was amazing and slept through the whole session, just as great as her older sister was almost two years ago.

We have created a comfortable space for babies and parents, a well-stocked studio, with snacks, and wardrobe options (both mom + big sister borrowed from our studio wardrobe.)  Mom had her hair and make up done in studio by our favourite ladies at Blush Artistry Edmonton.

Natural Lighting

Our 124st Edmonton studio includes a beautiful light and airy natural light space, where we shoot family sets. Can you believe the images below are all natural light? We have the ability to shoot high key images. Light and airy images. And really beautiful, natural portraits.
