I had so much fun doing this 10 month old baby shoot in Edmonton. This little guy was such a happy baby! His darling outfit was made by his talented mother, and we have since added it to our sitter session wardrobe. Both dresses mom wore are from our lacy boho client closet. We love being able to take the guess work out of what to wear by providing a studio wardrobe for our clients. We carry dresses in sizes xs-2x, simple mens henleys and t-shirts, and then of course wardrobe for baby’s and children. 

People often ask what is the best age to photograph baby. While all ages are darling, I love shooting 7 to 10 month old baby sessions. Shooting when baby is just sitting and crawling, is a wonderful milestone to capture. We get tons of smiles, and babies usually aren’t playing shy yet. Its also a fun time to show the connection between baby and mom and dad. Little ones of this age are not as distracted by the studio setting, as older children may be, so we get authentic contact between parents and babe. Our bright and airy studio lends itself to this type of family and baby shoot. We did posed and fun images at this 10 month old baby shoot.
