Our Flower Farm Sessions at Fern’s Flowers are designed for:
- Families with children 5+ (or that follow instructions, and won’t damage the flowers)
- Siblings (together or solo)
- Parent & child sessions
- Child milestones (ages 5-grads!)
- Sorry, no pets allowed in the flower rows
What to Expect
Location: Fern’s Flowers, a beautiful flower farm just outside Edmonton
Session length: 20–60 minutes
Wardrobe tips: Soft neutrals, florals, and breathable fabrics photograph beautifully among the blooms
What you receive: A curated gallery of professionally edited images + access to heirloom artwork
We’ll guide you through the entire process, from what to wear to how to prepare your children , so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the experience.
When to Book
Fern’s Flowers is in bloom for a short window each summer, so these sessions are extremely limited. Booking early is the best way to secure your spot during peak bloom season. We book August through September 10th (weather and season dependent).
Whether your child is a quiet flower-picker or a free-spirited explorer, we’ll capture them exactly as they are, in one of the most beautiful natural spaces Edmonton has to offer. (Flower picking is permitted, as an extra cost through the venue-but totally unnecessary to enjoy the evening, please inquire with us to learn all the details).
